Our clients use our marketplace to hire talented salespeople and appointment-setters, who then use our software to conduct outreach campaigns. We also act as a payment facilitator for those contracted employees.
The contractors available through our marketplace have a wide range of industry backgrounds, but all are guaranteed to have previous experience in outbound phone work. You’ll find agents with expertise in direct sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, customer service, and fundraising.
Yes. We have many agents who are native English speakers, as well as others who learned English as a second language. When you create a job post, you are welcome to specify if a particular level of language fluency is required.
It’s completely free to create an account, browse our marketplace, and even interview potential contractors. You won’t be charged a cent until one of our contractors has officially been hired by your company.
When you hire a contractor, you pay $240/month for their seat. A seat provides one agent access to your specific workspace (dialer and CRM software) and includes unlimited inbound and outbound calling time. In addition to the seat fee, you are responsible for your contractors’ weekly compensation, based on their hourly rate. 100% of that compensation goes directly to the agent.
Our contractors’ rates generally range between $3/hour and $30/hour, depending on their professional experience level and industry expertise.
